Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Please note the following terms and conditions apply to all weekly rentals, but exclude long term agreements which are subject to a rental contract.

  1. Booking . Confirmation of availability and booking may be by telephone or e-mail. Bookings will be held for seven days pending confirmation of receipt of a deposit cheque, at which time they will become firm.
  2. Deposits . A 25% non-returnable booking deposit is payable on booking. The balance is payable no later than four weeks prior to departure. In addition, a £150 (or €250) refundable damage deposit is payable on receipt of the keys. This may be paid in the UK or on arrival in Spain depending on your preferences and will be refunded on return of the keys and confirmation there is no damage.
  3. What’s included . Rental prices include electricity, gas and water. We also supply a “welcome pack” which includes basic food items such as bread, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Wood is provided for the stove in winter. The property has broadband internet access which is free for use by guests – ask about equipment required.
  4. Linen . Bed linen and bath towels are provided and changed weekly. Bath towels are not to be used for swimming/sunbathing. You are requested to provide your own swimming towels, although we do keep some in the house for the use of guests.
  5. Timings . We are aware of the difficulty of chasing cheap airfares and are therefore happy to be totally flexible on dates. We do require a minimum booking of one week during the summer but otherwise are happy to fit in with your bookings. To allow for cleaning, we ask that the property be vacated by 10 am on the final day. The property will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
  6. Suitability . Due to the fact that the swimming pool is unfenced, the stairs are open and quite steep and that there are upstairs balconies, this property may not be suitable for very young children unless closely supervised.
  7. Late Payment . We reserve the right to take alternative bookings if the balance is not received by the due date, although we will do our best to contact you before doing so.
  8. Liability . Although the property is fully insured, including third party liability, it is the responsibility of those using the accommodation to ensure they have adequate insurance cover. You and your party’s stay in the property is entirely at your own risk and the owners accept no responsibility for losses, damages or injury resulting from using the accommodation and its facilities.
