The large house is situated in beautiful private surroundings just 10 minutes drive from the traditional white Spanish villages of Riogordo and Colmenar and only 35 minutes from Malaga airport and 60 mins from Granada airport. Set in 18.000 square metres of private almond and olive trees and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, this is the perfect place to enjoy a truly relaxing holiday.

The house can sleep eight in four large bedrooms; a master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite, a further double bedroom and two twins share a second bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all mod-cons including a dishwasher. The main living area has air-conditioning for the summer and heating plus a wood burning stove for the winter. To keep in touch with the outside world (if you want to) there is a television with Sky satellite and broadband internet access.

The house has a full size pool - 8m x 4m - with plenty of space around it for sunbathing. There are lots of sun loungers. Downstairs there is a laundry and a large games room with music, darts etc. to keep the children entertained.

For those wanting to play golf or explore some of the cultural aspects of this area of Spain, the house is ideally situated only 1km off a major trunk road with easy access to exciting cities like Malaga, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and Ronda.
